This Privacy Policy explains how SaveMaxAuto LLC (“SaveMaxAuto,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with this website and the “Spot Max” Photo Contest (together, the “Services”). The Contest is open only to legal residents of the State of Texas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and the photographed billboard must be located in the greater Houston, Texas metropolitan area. This policy applies only to this website and the Contest. It does not apply to other SaveMaxAuto websites, products, or services, which are governed by their own privacy notices. Please read this policy carefully. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described below.

• We do not collect personal information through this website. There are no entry forms, signups, or newsletters here; all Contest entries happen on Instagram.
• The information we see is what you choose to make public on Instagram (your photo, handle, caption, and the billboard location), plus standard technical data from your device when you visit this site.
• By entering, you give us permanent (perpetual) permission to reuse your contest photo and Instagram handle in our marketing, with no expiration. You keep ownership of your photo. See Section 6 below and Section 5 of the Official Rules.
• If you win, we collect verification details (such as a photo ID, proof of Texas residency, and an IRS Form W-9) through the Instagram direct-message conversation with the verified @SaveMaxAuto account, or a secure channel we designate within it.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We share information only with vendors who help us operate the Contest, with our professional advisors, when required by law, or with your consent.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@savemaxauto.com.

1. Who we are

SaveMaxAuto LLC is a Nevada limited liability company. Our registered business address is 732 South 6th Street, Suite R, Las Vegas, NV 89101. SaveMaxAuto is not an insurance company, agent, or broker, and is not a licensed insurance entity. We are the controller(and, for U.S. state-law purposes, the “business”) that determines the purposes and means of processing the personal information described in this Privacy Policy. The Spot Max Photo Contest is sponsored and administered solely by SaveMaxAuto LLC.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

2.1 Information you make publicly available on Instagram

We do not collect personal information directly from this website. There is no entry form, no signup, no newsletter, and no quote request on this site. All Contest entries happen on Instagram. When you enter the Contest, the only information we see is the information you choose to make public on Instagram by posting a qualifying entry:

• Your contest photograph, as posted by you on your public Instagram account.
• Your Instagram handle and the caption you choose to write.
• The approximate billboard location visible in your photograph.
• Your representation that you are an eligible entrant, implied by entering: that you are a Texas resident and at least 18 years of age, and, if your photo includes a recognizable third party, that you have that person’s permission to submit the photo.

2.2 Information collected if you win

If you are selected as the Grand Prize winner, we will notify you by Instagram direct message from the verified official @SaveMaxAuto account on or around July 24, 2026. Through that direct-message conversation, or a secure channel we designate within it, we will collect only what we need to verify your eligibility, confirm your identity, and pay the prize: for example, your legal name, proof of Texas residency, a government-issued photo ID, contact information, a signed affidavit of eligibility and release, a publicity release, and (where required by law) a completed IRS Form W-9. We do not collect this information from anyone other than the verified winner.

Anti-phishing warning: we will contact entrants only from the verified @SaveMaxAuto Instagram account. We will never ask you to pay a fee, make a purchase, or provide credit card numbers, banking credentials, or account passwords in order to enter, win, or claim the prize. Any message that requests payment or login credentials, or that comes from any other account, is fraudulent. Please report it to us at privacy@savemaxauto.com and to Instagram.

2.3 Information collected automatically when you visit this website

• Device and usage data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and version, language preference, referring URL, pages visited, time stamps, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
• Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies and limited analytics identifiers. See Cookies and tracking below.
• Instagram entries: we view your entry as it appears publicly on Instagram. We do not receive hidden photo metadata from your public post. If you send us an original image file during winner verification, that file may contain embedded metadata such as time stamps or location data, which you may remove before sending.

2.4 Information from third-party sources

• Analytics providers who help us measure site traffic and performance in aggregate.
• Fraud-prevention review, including publicly available sources, when reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, confirm compliance with the Official Rules, or prevent abuse.

2.5 Sensitive information

We do not collect sensitive categories of personal information (such as Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, precise geolocation, financial account numbers, biometric identifiers, or information about race, religion, health, sexual orientation, or union membership) through this website, and we do not request such information from entrants. The sole exception is the verified Grand Prize winner, from whom we collect a government-issued photo ID, proof of Texas residency, and a completed IRS Form W-9 (which includes a taxpayer identification number), solely for eligibility verification, prize payment, and tax reporting, as described in Section 2.2. Access to winner verification materials is restricted to personnel who need them for those purposes, and the materials are retained only as described in the Data retention section. If you voluntarily include sensitive information in a photograph or caption, please consider removing or redacting it before posting.

3. How we use information

We use the limited information described in Section 2 only for the following purposes:

• To administer the Spot Max Photo Contest, including reviewing publicly posted entries on Instagram, screening for safety and content compliance, judging and shortlisting entries, showcasing finalists, selecting the winner, and contacting the winner by Instagram direct message.
• To verify the winner and pay the prize, using only the information the winner provides to us through Instagram direct message after being notified.
• To promote SaveMaxAuto, including by displaying eligible contest photographs on our website, social media, and other marketing channels in accordance with the license granted in the Official Rules.
• To operate, secure, and improve this website, including basic analytics, performance monitoring, debugging, and security.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful activity.
• To comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests from public authorities, and enforce our terms.
• For any other purpose for which we obtain your consent.

4. Legal bases for processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following:

• Performance of a contract with you (administering the contest in which you have entered).
• Your consent, which you may withdraw at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
• Our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Services, and in marketing them, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
• Compliance with legal obligations to which we are subject.

5. How we share information

We share personal information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as website hosting, analytics, fraud prevention, payment processing for the prize, and professional advisors. These providers are contractually bound to use information only as instructed by us and to keep it confidential.
• Public display of contest entries: your photograph, Instagram handle, and approximate billboard location may be displayed publicly on our website, social channels, and marketing materials in accordance with the perpetual license described in Section 6 and the Official Rules. If you win, your first name, last initial, and city of residence will be posted publicly on the @SaveMaxAuto Instagram account as part of the winner announcement.
• Legal and safety disclosures: when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of SaveMaxAuto, our users, or others.
• Corporate transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections and applicable law. The contest photo license is transferable and would carry to a successor.
• With your consent or at your direction.

We do not sell personal information.Some U.S. state privacy laws define “sale” and “share” broadly. We do not use or disclose information collected through this website for targeted advertising, and we do not sell or share it as those terms are defined under applicable state law. 6. Contest-specific data and photos

When you enter the Spot Max Photo Contest:

• By posting your entry on Instagram with #SaveMaxAuto, #SaveMaxAutoContest, and tagging @SaveMaxAuto, your photo, Instagram handle, caption, and approximate billboard location become publicly viewable on Instagram. If the judging panel selects your entry as a Top 10 finalist, your photo and handle will be republished on the official @SaveMaxAuto Instagram account during the finalist showcase window (July 15 through July 20, 2026). The finalist showcase is a curated republication only; no public votes, likes, comments, or other public engagement metrics are counted toward winner selection. The judges then narrow the Top 10 to a Top 3 and select the Grand Prize winner based on the scoring criteria in the Official Rules. If you win, your first name, last initial, and city of residence will be posted publicly on the @SaveMaxAuto Instagram account within seven days of selection.
• Perpetual license. By posting your entry with the required hashtags and tag, you grant SaveMaxAuto LLC and its successors a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publish, repost, adapt, crop, and display your photograph and Instagram handle in our marketing, advertising, and promotional materials, on our website, and on our social channels, in any media now known or later developed, without further notice, compensation, review, or approval. You keep ownership of your photo, but this license has no expiration date: it survives the end of the Contest, your withdrawal from the Contest, and the deletion of your Instagram post. See Section 5 of the Official Rules for the full license terms. If you are selected as the Grand Prize winner, the broader publicity rights described in the Publicity Release section of the Official Rules also apply to your entry, name, and likeness on a perpetual, all-media basis.
• If selected as the winner, you will be contacted by Instagram direct message from the verified official @SaveMaxAuto account, and you will be asked to submit verification information through that conversation or a secure channel we designate within it, such as a government-issued photo ID, proof of Texas residency, a signed affidavit of eligibility and release, a publicity release, and a completed IRS Form W-9, in order to receive the $5,000 cash prize. Remember: we will never ask for payment, banking credentials, or passwords, and we will only contact you from the verified @SaveMaxAuto account.
• You can withdraw your entry from judging consideration at any time before the entry period closes by deleting your qualifying Instagram post and emailing privacy@savemaxauto.com. Withdrawal removes your entry from the judging process, but the perpetual license you granted at posting survives withdrawal and deletion of your post, as described above and in Section 5 of the Official Rules.

7. Cookies and tracking

This website uses only the cookies and similar technologies needed to operate and secure the site and to measure basic, aggregate traffic and performance. We do not use cookies or pixels for targeted advertising on this website, and we do not sell or share information collected by cookies on this website for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; blocking certain cookies may affect site functionality. Where required by law, we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal.

8. Contest communications

We do not send SMS or marketing email in connection with this Contest, because we do not collect phone numbers or email addresses from entrants on this website. All Contest communications happen on Instagram: finalist republication appears on the @SaveMaxAuto Instagram account during the finalist showcase window, and the Grand Prize winner is notified privately by Instagram direct message from the verified official @SaveMaxAuto account.

If you are the Grand Prize winner and provide contact details during verification, we will use them only to coordinate verification, prize payment, and tax reporting. If, separately from the Contest, you choose to contact us by email at the address in Section 17, we will use your email address only to respond to your message.

9. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including:

• Contest entries: for the duration of the contest plus a reasonable period (typically up to 24 months) for record-keeping, dispute resolution, tax reporting, and demonstrating compliance with the Official Rules.
• Winner records: for the duration required by tax and regulatory rules (typically up to seven years).
• Photographs licensed for marketing: indefinitely, in accordance with the perpetual license granted at submission, for as long as we choose to use them in our materials.
• Analytics data: until it is no longer needed for the purpose collected.

When personal information is no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify it in a manner consistent with applicable law.

10. How we protect information

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include encryption of data in transit (TLS), access controls, vendor due diligence, and security monitoring. Winner verification materials are accessible only to personnel who need them for verification, prize payment, and tax reporting. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your rights & choices

Subject to applicable law and any required identity verification, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
• Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
• Receive a copy of certain personal information in a portable format.
• Opt outof marketing communications and of “sales” or “sharing” of personal information as defined by applicable state law.
• Limit the use of certain sensitive personal information, where applicable.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@savemaxauto.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will respond within the time frame required by applicable law (typically 30 to 45 days). We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request, and we may decline a request to the extent permitted by law. You may also authorize an agent to submit a request on your behalf; we will require written authorization and may require you to verify your identity directly.

You will not be discriminated against for exercising any privacy right.

12. U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on where you reside, you may have additional rights under state law, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Virginia CDPA, the Colorado CPA, the Connecticut CTDPA, the Utah UCPA, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and similar laws in other states. These rights generally include access, correction, deletion, portability, the right to opt out of “sales” or “sharing” of personal information, the right to opt out of targeted advertising and certain profiling, and the right to appeal a denied request.

12.1 California “Shine the Light”

California residents may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes by emailing privacy@savemaxauto.com.

12.2 “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”

You may opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information, as those terms are defined under applicable state law, by emailing privacy@savemaxauto.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share.” We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law.

12.3 Appeals

If we deny your privacy request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email within 30 days. We will respond to your appeal within the time frame required by applicable law.

13. Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 18, and the Spot Max Photo Contest is open only to entrants 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact privacy@savemaxauto.com and we will take prompt action to delete it.

14. International users

The Services are operated from the United States and intended for U.S. residents. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Data protection laws in these countries may differ from those of your country of residence. By using the Services, you consent to such transfers.

15. Third-party links and services

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy notices before sharing information with them.

16. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (such as a banner on the Services or an email). Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
